Mary-Lynne Williams (she/her) is the founder of Buffalo Firefly Wellness, a Sound & Energy Healing Studio located in Richmond, VA. She is a Reiki Master Practitioner/Teacher, Sound Healing Practitioner, Akashic Records Practitioner/Teacher, and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher.
Mary-Lynne pulls her Mary-Lynne founded Buffalo Firefly after working as a Design Director in the tech industry for 23 years, leading teams at companies such as Microsoft, Facebook and Zillow. The mission of Buffalo Firefly is to help people find their own voice & a sense of peace in the midst of a world that demands they be something else — to help them slow down and be in the present moment.
